The interview process was extremely thorough, and I had a very firm grasp on Bluetowne's direction, business goals, guiding principles and culture by the time it was complete. It began with a phone conversation, included several lunches/coffee meetings with 1 or 2 team members at a time, as well as a few in-office meetings. The process spanned a couple of months as we validated onboarding timelines on both ends.
