The Hiring interview passed in 3 steps, firstly they contact you via phone, then a face to face interview with HR manager and last step you can see the real life on the platform ans speak to the Unit leader and Team leader. this will give you a full picture of your future job and it is nice.

Geography questions, general and specific , my future plans
Very clear and open interview. Not too many unnecessary rounds and direct questions. Company culture was discussed so at the role and what they were looking for. Experience in tourism abd/travel industry was a plus.

It seemed like a good company during the process, until I had a 2 lines rejection email from what seemed like a robot with a portuguese name. Don't waste your time, there are more human companies.

Entrevista
Vorstellungsgespräch begann mit einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin vom HR und wurde auf Deutsch und Englisch geführt. Klare Struktur und gute Fragen. Danach mit der Team Leiterin ebenfalls zweisprachig mit Role Play. Auch hier sehr angenehmes Gesprächsklima und gute Fragen.
