Too many rounds of interviews and presentation, and finally after 6 rounds and multiple follow up emails I receive a response that "we do not have a suitable role for you skillset at this time. " In that case why the job posting online and conduct so many interviews? Even received an email stating: "We’re very excited about you joining the Blend360 team. We have a project that we think would be a great fit for you" and then got REJECTED!

After the initial RRHH filter you get a couple of quite challenging tests, one of logic and one of abstract thinking, I passed them but these tests were not for anyone; after the tests I had a really friendly interview with the hiring manager.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of 7 rounds give or take. The first discussion with HR for 15-20min, followed by basic expectation call with the hiring manager. After that, there was meeting/interview with a PM in the same team, followed by a Presentation Meeting where we discussed major projects I've worked on and explained my role. This was followed by interviews by AMs , Hiring Manager and Senior Resource Manager(to see how culturally fit the resource is for Blend).
