We had to apply for the role (CV and Video Cover letter). The interview was split into 2 segments. The first half was with 1 interviewer and questions to do with the role (e.g. Why Cash Management?) were asked. The second half was with 2 interviewers and were more general questions (e.g. Why BlackRock?)

Strength based, competency based, getting to know you. The interview was hardly technical, the interviewer was relaxed and friendly. Basic motivational questions, it was a campus interview. Have a few questions to ask.
