Classic recruter interview. The most important part are the technical interview. Which for me feel a bit old and useless for the first one, Whiteboard exercise with fake PR to review, question on complexity, concurrency. Then you will be asked to tackle a small todo. Usage of copilot allowance is still under discussion.
Then a design exercise (Video streaming, messaging, uber eat ...)

Entrevista
At the start I had 45 min call with the acquisition talent. After that i met the engineering manager through video call. Technical test was also part of the job process, weren’t fully detailed but maid it. At the end i met and discuses with the team (iOS and Android dev) about the architecture and technicality used which took more than 90 mn. And at the end i had video call with the engineer director we discussed a bit on the strategic ways of the work and other stuff ofc.
