No tests were involved surprisingly and they said they will get back to me after interviewing a few more applicants; as expected there was no follow up afterwards even after 1 month later. Most of the questions are very focused on what you can do for them or the company; so expect to work hard as one their values is hard core; plus crypto trading is a 24/7 industry as of now so there are also expectations to work beyond what is required and on weekends/after hours.
