Got called up for a phone interview, it was good then i went in store and had another group interview and i was offered the job 2 days later but had to decline

New store was opening and hence, we had a group interview. Grouped into various groups of 8 in our case. First task was to get to know your neighbor and present to the room about them for a minute. Second task was to promote a product. Last one was a face-face interview. Straightforward questions such as availability, why should we hire you?
