The interview consisted of Simple customer service questions using the star method. It was 30 minutes long, and recruiter I spoke to was very pleasant and informative. Questions like: “Tell me about a time where you had to overcome a difficult customer”

Pre-screening interview with the Talent Acquisitions Team followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The initial interview was a phone call that lasted about 15 minutes. The second interview was virtual and it lasted about 30 minutes.
