The Interview process was fairly easy, there was a comprehensive general knowledge test during the first day and I sat with the VP of Operations to get a feel for what they were looking for, how my experience fit, and if we were a match. The second interview was with the HR Manager where she asked me a few questions I had already been asked and I got to ask her more questions about the company culture. I received a call back with a job offer within a week.
