pretty simple and easy you go through 2 interviews the 2nd one is like your hiring one. They give you a call they go through they're questions for you it might have changed from when i was an employee i've noticed they do things a little differently

Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
