The interview process at Best Buy typically consists of two or three rounds. The first interview is usually conducted over the phone and is used to determine your qualifications and fit with the company. If you pass this round, you will then be invited for an in-person interview.
It was not hard. They brought me in and asked me a set of questions. They said they receive a lot of applications, but only interview a few. It was a short process.

Was asked about availability, prior experience in retail, knowledge and use of home theater products including televisions and speaker systems. Interviewer was nice and didn't try to hit me with any "gotcha" questions.
