Brief phone call to determine availability. First interview with department manager with situational questions from a packet. Second interview with general manager, completing the same packet. Given an offer around a week later.

Describe a time in your previous experience where you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you recover that situation?
Interviewed with general manage of store and manager of warehouse. Just went through application and talked a little bit about my resume. Questions were very basic and easy to answer.
It was one interview with the manager and they would call you to schedule a work time with you. It was pretty easy and quick. There is no reason why you need to be scared.
