Panel interview after phone interviews with each person on the panel then you talk to the CEO and have to have a kiss with him. If your kiss is up to par with him, you then get to do the panel interview. At the end of the panel you must kiss, preferably on the lips, each panelist and compliment their shoes and/or kissing style.
