I had 2 interviews, both with managers and they lasted about 20 minutes each. They asked general questions about why I wanted to work at Best Buy, am I currently working, etc.

How would you handle seeing another employee take candy from the store (i.e. a low-value item)
I answered by saying that I would speak to them about it but not report it to the manager (the punishment should fit the crime)
Interviewed with general manage of store and manager of warehouse. Just went through application and talked a little bit about my resume. Questions were very basic and easy to answer.
It was one interview with the manager and they would call you to schedule a work time with you. It was pretty easy and quick. There is no reason why you need to be scared.
