Disgraceful lack of respect for the time of applicants, with an enormous amount of work completing many assessments and a "design challenge" taking many days of time to complete. In total, I spent 4 full days on 9+ "assessments" and a "design challenge" where you're asked to design wireframes for THREE user journeys (~15 wireframes) and three high-fidelity mockups. At no point did I talk to a human being other than some templated emails from a recruiter. The whole engagement is extremely one-sided, with no opportunity for applicants to meet with a real person to better assess whether Bending Spoons is somewhere they want to work. I strongly recommend avoiding apply for a role at Bending Spoons unless you've been able to talk to someone who works there before you decide on investing so much time in an application.
