After submitting application I received certain assessment to complete. It felt challenging but doable. After my assessment was reviewed I received email which stated that 'other applicants were better fit'. Nevertheless the job has been reposted not even two weeks later and multiple times with slightly different job title which makes it a bit weird. Play of words between Junior HR Manager/People Administration Lead/Junior HR Administration Manager = slightly inconsistent and job being posed daily via Linkedin
