I found the recruitment process quite unusual, as I had to sign an NDA before even starting the recruitment process – this was the first company I’ve encountered with such a requirement. It felt a bit strange, especially given that it was before any real engagement with the company or recruiter. Additionally, before having a conversation with a recruiter, candidates are required to complete a set of test tasks that take around 10 hours to complete. After investing such significant time, the only feedback you might receive is a standard rejection email, without any actual conversation or constructive feedback.
I believe this process might be more suitable for interns or recent graduates, but for candidates with experience, it feels a bit impersonal and somewhat disrespectful to the time and effort invested. A more balanced approach, where there’s direct communication with a recruiter either before or after the test, would be appreciated for more experienced professionals.
