This company was prompt, and attentive through out the process with a dedicated recruiter speaking directly. I submitted my resume and was contacted later that day with a link to some assessments. Unfortunately my answers to the assessments weren’t what they were looking for. It consisted of 7 soft skill based multiple choice questions with a time limit of 30 minutes each. They were fun, yet challenging. Just wish they had provided a comment section so we could explain our answers better. Another great plus, was that they donated money in my name for the time that they took. Very impressive, as most companies don’t care about you at all till you’re in the door, not so with Bending Spoons.

I can’t say, because it was asked not to divulge any of the questions. Just know they aren’t hard skill based, but soft skill based (at least the first round of questions).

A series of online tests and interviews. You may have to do a total of 11 tests and 3 interviews before the offer stage. In general the process can take 2 months.

Entrevista
Colloquio lungo e difficile, tanti candidati per una posizione. Bassa probabilità di superarlo. Se si va avanti nella selezione il processo può’ durare mesi ma alla fine molto probabilmente si sarà rifiutati.
Il processo di selezione è abbastanza lungo con vari step, il primo dei quali sono dei test di logica e problem solving. I test in sè non sono molto complessi, ma molto lunghi e tediosi.
