It was very laid back. Spoke mostly with HR and talked about the future of the company and our personal lives. Only spoke with other engineers one time and they were excited to meet me. Unfortunately I did not know there was a hair follicle drug test and I failed it after acceptng the offer. Once the results got back to HR I was immediately revoked.

Multiple interviews are in the process, phone, video, in person. Multiple parties in the interviews , various questioning methods. Standard corporate aerospace company management questioning, average difficulty.
There were 5 managers on the call (which was awesome because when i was hired, i immediately knew five upper level people to have a connection with. I had a skype interview and they asked good questions.
