Two days after applying online with a resume and cover letter, they sent me a link to a behaviour and logic assessment. I had to complete it within 48 hours and they also measured my speed and precision in answering the questions. One day after completing that, they sent a link to a video interview.
Group zoom call for around 30 minutes to go through what we should expect from the company, the benefit and so on, then one-on-one interview, takes around 10 minutes and finally some questions regarding identity colour
