Very involved. Multiple steps. On-line portion very sketchy because of the unreliability of the IT system. It was necessary to resubmit information multiple times to be acknowledged. Actual face-to-face interview was lightweight and the simplest part of the process. I think by then they already know whether or not you're in.

Face to face interview. It was very quick but they asked questions that were relevant to the jobs that I was applying for. I think the process was very quick.

Went in and talked to the manager, partly hired because the shoe manager knew me, asked simple interview questions, sitting in front of a desk with just the manager, heard back a week later that I was hired, had a second interview with shoe manager just to go over any specific questions I might have
