Sent in the form, received an email and phone call about an interview. Showed up at interview, was asked a few softball questions and given the job on the spot and opportunity to start that same day.

If a price of a product dropped recently and a customer had just bought the product at the higher price point and came in complaining, how would you address the issue?
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
