After filling it out I left and was contacted that week to schedule an in-person interview. I sat down with the store manager and had a fairly simple interview. We discussed basic job duties, and he asked a few basic interview questions. He said that work-life balance was a priority of his, and this has turned out to be true. I felt that the employees looked happy and the work environment looked very positive, and after working there I found that this is also true. Dress professionally for the interview and fill out the job application completely. Don't just run through it and leave information out.
