Interview was setup during the pandemic, and was virtual but was planned with the interviewee's time in mind and coordinated with interviewers based locally and in Germany.
Interviewers were very friendly and wanted a conversation in which you can portray yourself.

Pretty standard for first round interview. Mostly interpersonal/social with some technical oriented questions. It seemed pretty fair for initial contact but may draw out into multiple rounds of interviews. The interviewer was personable and I didn't think they overstepped on reasonable questions about past work experience and how those experiences have been incorporated into guiding principles.

How have your past experiences guided your professional development and thinking about your future potential and trajectory?
The interview process was structured and engaging, beginning with a recruiter screening, followed by technical and behavioral rounds, and concluding with a final interview with the medical director for role alignment.
I interviewed with the team lead and HR. We discussed my PhD and research experience and alll my questions were answered in depth, it was a very friendly process. I would highly recommend interviewing with them
