Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Bath & Body Works (Naples, FL)
Entrevista
I applied online and was called 3 weeks later. I came to the store and looked around for 10 mins waiting for the manager. The interview was 1:1, and I expected it to be easy. She asked me a lot of super professional (shocking) questions that I couldn't apply to as I'm a student and haven't worked incredibly professional jobs yet. She expected me to know A LOT about the company, and expected me to be a frequent shopper there. It was a difficult, time consuming interview and I didn't get called back. After the interview I decided it wasn't for me anyway.
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired

Easy and straightforward! One in-person interview with the manager after applying online and then I received an offer during the interview. Worked here for 2 years and loved it. Basic questions about previous experience and why this company

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.
