After applying online, I received a phone call to come in for a group interview. You interview with at least two other people. They ask basic experience/customer service questions, preferences in hours/availability, etc. They then ask you to partner up with another applicant and demo one of their products. They will give you a quick run down of its key features and ingredients, and you have to give an example sales pitch/demonstration. It's not too difficult, just be very attentive during their explanation of the product or you'll stumble through it. Be friendly, be genuine.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
