I was selected for a video interview round which is the second stage of the application process. The questions were general competency questions with a few related to the current market scenario. I haven't heard back from the team yet. There were 12 questions in total. They were pre recorded and the responses had to be recorded. There was 30 sec preparation time for each question and 2 min to answer the question.

SHL as a screening followed by interview with business rep. 0 updates on application, no way to reach HR as well, left in the dark for much of the whole process. Got an offer but decided to reject as was put off by the entire process

First is 2 online tests which are to determine your personality and decision process in difficult situations. they offer feedback and some insights on how to improve your way to do normal things. Then is Very clear about a group interview and in case tasks. by finally have a 1:1 interview for get the final approvement.
