2nd call with directors in credit to discuss knowledge of credit process, some technical questions towards the end
3rd call with senior directors for a final check on motivation and knowledge

With interest rates going up what kind of cash product could we offer instead of traditional lending?
Takes forever... Can't make decisions very quickly and eventually decided after months to just go with internal person. I would never go through their process again and would advise leadership to be more thoughtful about the process so as to not waste anyone's time again.
