I was referred to multiple different teams which has lead to multiple rounds of phone screening focused on technical knowledge. Next step is face to face interview on site with multiple rounds focused on both technical knowledge and your career plans. After the interview it took a lot of time to get final approval and to prepare the offer.

the interview is very difficult: 3 stages of interview: video call interview asking questions, technical test and in office face-to-face interview. The questions are related to deep understanding of C++, data structures and algorithm. For example, why STL don't use virtual functions
