Had a telephone interview and a face to face.
The face to face was very technical and the interviewer followed the Barclays questiona and asked for examples on every question!

It involved online tests and face-to-face interview. They seemed happy and confident with people who have previously worked in the banking/finance sector. Use the STAR method to respond to situational questions

Face to face interview in the Canary Wharf office. I had to spot errors in a written document and then write a response to a hypothetical complaint. I did the interview along with two other internal candidates (I was external).

The process was seamless. The interviewers were nice, warm, and friendly. The process had three stages: online assessment, phone interview, and in-person interview. At each stage of the interview process, adequate feedback was provided. This made the process easy to follow and candidate friendly.
