No co-ordination among themselves. I was called for a F2F interview, but sent back (along with everyone who had come for the position) citing that our profiles didn't match their requirements. Again called back after two weeks. Had to wait for the whole day to complete one round of interview. Upon completion, was asked to wait for a few hours and was told to leave for the day. Wonder how the recruitment process happens in the company.

very rigorous interview process..it includes first round of telephonic with both tech and logical questions ...second round was Face to face with same tech and logical questions..third round was of technical with more focused on case study questions and proj mgmt related and finally last round with VP for behavioral skills and process mgmt knowledge
