Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a short phone screen within the week. She informed me I would be then sent a video interview to complete. Took the video interview from the comfort of my home although it was a little uncomfortable than a traditional interview. Interview took about 25 minutes to complete. Within a week I received a standard email saying I wasn't chosen to move forward in the process. I wanted some feedback as to how I could of done better or more specifics and reached out to the recruiter. She ignored my two requests for feedback and I received no further communication from them. Even though I didn't receive a job offer, thought the end result and how they moved me out of their funnel was poor.

It was definitely a longer process than other interviews, but everyone was very kind and genuinely wanted to try and see if I would be a good fit. You first do an interview in which you record yourself answering specific questions (through software they provide). After that, you do two interviews, and each interview consists of two interviewers.
