After filling out and sending in an application along with a resume I received an email inviting me to come and interview with the marketing director. The questions related to my resume, skill sets, previous experiences and why I wanted to join Clayworks. The atmosphere was friendly, inviting and not-pushy. I felt like I was being interviewed to join a family and that my role would be an important one if hired. My advice to future candidates would be to be honest with your experience and knowledge level, be open to learning new things and be willing to do the dirty work--that's what makes it a family. You'll learn, you'll laugh and if you give 100% of your effort to them, they'll give it right back in support and education for your benefit.
