I received an e-mail to schedule a phone call with their head of people operations. I was asked about past projects I have worked on as well as my interests (and about career goals). After the initial phone interview, there was a follow-up for an on site interview. They provided some preparation for the interview by conveying things to bring, topics of discussion, and who I would be interviewing with. The interview was a very open discussion about past projects and job aspirations. While they definitely were looking to see if I was qualified for the position from a technical standpoint, how I would fit within the office culture seemed to be a very important aspect as well. They asked for thought processes on different projects I've worked on and to explain some past work! All people interviewing me were very friendly and I felt very comfortable!
