The employer gives you a tour of the place. She explains the history of Back to basics. She also explains their mission and goals. She then explains the duties of a tutor. She explains how each tutor are compensated for their tutoring sessions. She then asks you your experiences as a tutor. She also asks which subjects are you willing to tutor. What grades did you want tutor.
