Briefly spoke with an HR rep over the phone about the role and my fit for it. Eventually, we set up an interview with the manager of the data management team.

The interview was much more about my background, not really structured, much more lax. The managers wanted to see me as a person, how I handled situations, and they would then consider my fit for the role based on my experience and character.

Entrevista
I only went through two rounds of interviews, and was surprised when I received an offer so quickly. All through Zoom calls. I only was given 24 hours to consider the offer, and no room for negotiations.
