Invited to their super day a little over a week later. Four 30-min back-to-back Interviews with VP, Director, MD, and someone in the C-suite. Got a call the next morning.

I had a first-round Skype interview with two analysts at the company. They were friendly and very interested in my knowledge of news in the financial markets and world events. I would suggest that if you are not someone who keeps up to date with these things to study up a bit before your interview. I didn't make it past the first round, but they let me know very quickly, which I appreciated.
