Phone interview which took 20 minutes followed by 2 rounds of interviews. First with the manager and second with 2 colleagues. The questions were behavioral in nature and I ended up working with a completely different team. These people seemed great and they are sent to interview people because if anyone meets the real team, they refuse the job!
