The first recruiter reached out quickly after applying and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager while we were still on the phone. After meeting with her, the recruiter ignored me for 3 weeks before asking to set up another interview. After that second interview, another recruiter called me saying I had great feedback and that they wanted me to meet with HR ASAP. I met with HR the next day to go over some things and the recruiter said they were wrapping things up. About 2 weeks later, they called to say they weren’t hiring for the role anymore. Whole process took about 7 weeks.
