Very standard and includes interviews with multiple people from PPMDs to senior managers. General discussion about motivation, experience, and some sample projects managed in the past. Nothing unexpected, very smooth process.

The Round 1 interview itself was quite straightforward. However, the interviewer didn't seem to have a clear idea of the role's expectations. At different points, the discussion shifted between AI Strategy and Business Analyst responsibilities, making it difficult to understand what they were actually looking for. The recruitment experience could also be improved. Communication from HR was lacking, and it was difficult to reach them for updates as calls often went unanswered. Overall, the process felt inconsistent, and hiring decisions appeared to be influenced by factors beyond just interview performance.
