They really want to know who you are and what your background is. The primary concern of employees here is that they can work with you. When you enter the office, they take you on a tour and introduce you to everyone in the office. After that, you meet the partners. From there, the partners give you a fit interview with zero technical questions.
The interview process was very straightforward, it was only one round and it was done virtually. There was a one week turnaround afterwards to receive the offer. More companies should do this and get right to the point.

Entrevista
Interview totaled 4 hours. Each person I spoke with was around 1 hour long. Very conversational and asked about my previous work experience. First round was over the phone and second round was in person.
Very chill interview process that involved a sit down lunch/happy hour. Just a get to know you interview without any questions regarding my resume or past experience. Easy to talk to
