Initially got contacted by hiring manager 1 week after he received my resume from an employee referral. The 15-minute phone prescreen asked very generic questions and I did not feel as if I was receiving the attention of a staff who should have been serious about my qualifications. After setting up an appointment to meet at 10am the next day was escorted into the building and waited with two other candidates to interview for the position. The program manager was very brief and asked fewer and less specific questions than I expected. Reported to HR after interview for followup. While the brevity of the interview itself made me believe that they had already selected someone I received an offer six days later.
