I applied online and received a phone call a few days later to schedule an interview. The interview itself was quite informal and the manager was really friendly. I had to answer a few standard questions but the rest of it was just general chit chat. They called me a week after the interview to offer me the job.

Entrevista
Interview process : Apply on line, go through store questions, if successful you will receive a telephone interview, if successful you will be invited to attend a group interview, if successful you will be invited to attend an interview with the manager of the department that has chosen to interview you. Attend that interview and discuss your options within that department. This final interview is friendly and relaxed and you basically discuss the job you'll be doing and your training start date.

Entrevista
Had to try and sell a product to some HR bods then a small group of us were sent out onto the shop floor to interact with customers. This was all set up as point scoring exercises which I found out when I had to speak to staff one to one. They promptly told me I wasn't suitable for the job and should ring for feedback in a couple of days. I was in the room for probably a minute, no interview and rushed out of the staff area. I think I would've faired better if I had friend or blood relative working there instead of over a decade of retail experience.
