Quite a normal procedure overall. I sent my application (CV + cover letter) and was contacted via phone just 2 days later to schedule an interview with them. No questions over the phone. The first interview was with the project manager and a programmer from the team. There was a short introduction about the company and the development team, followed by general interview questions. The programmer also had a list of programming questions (e.g what is CORS, pre-processors, etc). Two days later they reached out for a second interview which was scheduled for the following week. Meanwhile, they sent me an email with a link to an online code-test, which had 3 independent sub-tasks. The tasks were not that difficult, but a bit time consuming. The second interview was with staff from HR. Questions here were a bit harder, though some of them idential to some from the first interview. I was contacted the following day with an offer.
