The interview process was pretty easy. They asked the regular questions. It was more like a conversation with an old friend than an interview. I felt very comfortable. We shared laughs and a few work stories. I was offered the position after the interview was over. After I finished my drug test the next day and my background check came back good, I was at orientation the next Monday.
