Had a phone interview with HR, really lovely and casual discussion. Was then interviewed by the area manager and had a chat about the role, team/work culture, the company, etc. Casual, friendly, seemed like they were testing out to see if I was a good fit mostly.

It was a virtual interview. Very easy process . I got hired on the spot. As long as you have sales and customer service experience than you’ll most likely get the job . Oh yea , a great attitude too
During the interview for the sales position, I was warmly greeted and provided with a brief overview of the company and the role I was interviewing for, setting a comfortable and positive tone for the discussion. I effectively walked through my sales background and experience, detailing my previous roles, industries, and products sold, and sharing a specific achievement from my sales career. I expressed clear motivation for wanting a commission-based role and demonstrated a solid understanding of the challenges and benefits associated with working on commission. I also showcased a strong understanding of the specific responsibilities and expectations of the sales role, describing my approach to sales, how I identify and approach potential clients, and strategies for handling objections or rejection. In the scenario-based questions, I performed well, demonstrating my problem-solving and sales skills by effectively handling hypothetical sales situations and providing thoughtful and strategic responses. Throughout the interview, I asked insightful questions about the role, company, and interview process, indicating my interest and engagement in the position.
