The process started with a standard screening interview over the phone by the HR Department, followed by a more position focused interview with the hiring Manager on site. The process was fairly prompt and there was a reasonable amount of waiting time between the two interviews. After going through all this, I was told that Management had decided to give the position to an internal candidate instead.
