I applied online and was contacted to set up an interview. I had a video interview using webex with the branch manager and a supervisor. Then another interview with two other supervisors. In total, it lasted about an hour. The interview was pretty relaxed and friendly.

First, meet with a recruiter (it is worth it). The interview will last about an hour or longer. You will meet the hiring manager and other people in the department.

The interview was overall laid back, open conversations, no tricky questions. But I did prepare and was ready for the typical questions: tell me about yourself, why do you think you'd be a good fit, what was your favorite class, least favorite class, greatest accomplishment, difficult situation you handled, etc.
