Applied. Got a phone call to come in for a 3 hour on-site interview in Lansing Michigan. Three different phases, two 1-1 and the last with 3 other employees. Pretty standard questions but the last part with the 3 people is the most interesting because it's not just some corporate schmuck talking.

I applied, got an interview about 2-3 weeks later. Interview was with 2 different groups. Very straight forward questions. Received a background check request and was made an offer after it cleared.

Entrevista
The interview focused on my resume, covering my coding language proficiency, previous role, and capstone project. They also asked about my familiarity with the Agile process and my ideal work culture.
Straightforward interview. Genuine and honest seeming people. Company seem great to work for and I seemed to get my skills across well. recommend process. Hopeful about my prospects of getting a job
