I first spoke to a recruiter at a career fair at my university. Spoke to quite a bit. I was told to apply online and submit my transcript. A week later I got a call saying I have an interview with them. Prior to the interview I went to a career event hosted by Auto Owners at their Lansing office. Got to speak with the CEO while I was there. Overall good experience. Anyways, the week after that I had a group panel interview with them at the same office. Before that I briefly spoke with/had a mini interview with someone else on the software team. After that I was taken on a tour of the office. It was after all of that did the group panel interview start. They each took turns asking me questions. You have time leftover at the end to ask the interviewers questions so make sure you have some ready. That last part is really important.
